Located on the ground floor of a lovely historic building, located on Borgo la Croce, just a 10 minute walk from Santa Croce and from all the most important monuments of Florence. In the area you can also find plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars.Internal description:The apartment has 2 bedrooms in an antique and classic style (170 sq. mt / 1830 sq. ft). It can accommodate up to 5 people and has 2 full bathrooms, one of which is en suite. To enter the apartment you walk into an inner courtyard, and after passing the second gate, you will find the front door of Olimpia House. Entering the apartment, you will find yourself in a small hall, which leads to the spacious living room, with a dining table for 6 people, and a sofa. Next to the living room, you will find the large and fully equipped kitchen. Then you will find the two bedrooms, characterized by the elegant and antique furnishings, the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and the second bedroom with two single beds. Finally, you will find a cozy room ideal for reading and relaxing, but also equipped with a single bed and with a large window overlooking the magnificent private garden (400 sq. mt. / 1312 sq. ft).Garden Maintenance: please note that the gardener will water the plants of the garden (depending on the weather conditions) and shall enter the apartment, but he will always ring the doorbell before.
